Our Staff

Amy Crosby
Field Manager
Amy has a BA from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in Sociology with a minor in Health, Aging & Society as well as a minor in Women’s Studies, Master (M.P.H.) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Public Health and a technical degree in Photography from The Hallmark Institute of Photography. Her impressive, diverse background includes everything from working with low income, homebound elders and people in recovery from addictions to coordinating projects for an engineering firm. Amy is also a photographer, specializing in headshots and branding photography and loves crafting, live music and gardening. She’s been with Coleman Insights since 2011.
Jennifer Donnelly
Senior Music Specialist
Jennifer Donnelly started working at Coleman Insights in 1994, making her one of the longest tenured team members. She graduated from Western Carolina University in 1991, loves visiting Ireland, spending time with friends and family and watching television. Challenge her to 80s music trivia at your own peril.
Mandy Couch
Senior Music Specialist
Mandy attended North Carolina State University, where she majored in English. A veteran of the team since August of 2000, Mandy’s one of our resident musicologists who works behind-the-scenes on client research projects.   She loves discovering new music, journaling, reading and vacationing. All of which are dependent upon her two kids running her ragged!
Nick Lombardo
Senior Project Manager
After spending time as Sr. Research Analyst at Dalbar and Research Manager at Cision, Nick joined Coleman Insights in 2009. Nick graduated from University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Nick loves home brewing beer, spending time with family and following Boston sports.
Joshua Franklin
IT Manager
Joshua started his career with Coleman Insights in 1998, and is working on his degree at Campbell University in Information Security Management. Joshua enjoys reading, computer games, soccer (NC Courage!), as well as playing and designing board games.
Roni Kemp
Project Manager
Originally from Arizona, Roni attended both Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  After moving to Raleigh, she started at Coleman Insights in 2011. Roni’s project management background was developed while working for homebuilders and construction subcontractors. Her interests include family, volunteering with her local animal shelter and photography.
Kimberly Bryant
Field Coordinator
Before joining Coleman Insights as Field Coordinator in March of 2018, Kimberly worked as the Administrator for the North Carolina Theatre Conservatory. She was also the Wardrobe Supervisor and sometimes Costume Designer for the Theatre between the years of 2012 and 2017. Kimberly has a long history with Coleman Insights, working as a part-time Research Assistant off and on since 2004. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Arts in Theatre and a minor in Alcohol & Drug Addiction Studies. Kimberly and her husband enjoy attending the theatre, playing board games, and spending time with their friends and family.
Stephanie Harper
Assistant Project Manager
Stephanie joined the Coleman Insights in March, 2018. She attended Central Christian College of Kansas, where she majored in Communications w/ an emphasis on Mass Media. She worked in various positions at Central Christian College in production and social media roles. Stephanie enjoys reading, journaling/crafting, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and exploring the great state of North Carolina!
