Jessica joined Coleman Insights in December, 2016 after working in media and research for well over a decade. She held positions with Feld Entertainment, E-Poll and Viacom, where she was Director of Ad Sales Research for MTV. Before joining the team at Coleman Insights, she was a Senior Strategist at THREE in Raleigh, conducting quantitative and qualitative research for a variety of media, business-to-business and consumer brands.

Jessica holds a Master of Arts degree in Television-Radio-Film from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, and loves singing.
