Answer your burning questions.

Imagine engaging in a deep discussion with your listeners. Find out what they like and don’t like about your station, show, podcast, or streaming service and learn how you stack up against your competitors. Probe deeply into their perceptions of your brand and other brands that vie for their attention.

Now, imagine being able to interact with these listeners in an online environment that allows them to participate in discussions from their locations and on their time. The environment resembles a social media platform, making it familiar to your listeners and easy for them to use.

Now you can.

Introducing CampfireSM Online Discussion Groups, an evolution in qualitative research from Coleman Insights.

Campfire participants spend about a week together in a moderated online community and complete assignments and activities, including taking polls, posting videos and images, and providing text answers to open-ended questions. Then, the Coleman Insights team distills their feedback into an in-depth presentation of our findings and their implications for your brand.

The Campfire Online Discussion Groups platform is designed like a social media site, with easy to navigate sections that focus on topics covered in the study

Since the launch of Campfire in 2021, we’ve conducted studies on a wide range of topics. We’ve studied heritage morning and afternoon shows that are striving to remain relevant. We’ve studied shows in development mode looking for a read on audience perceptions of cast members and the overall theme of the program. We’ve partnered with News/Talk stations looking for feedback on hosts, programs, and the best way to approach the news in this highly volatile political climate. And, we have studied the relationship between radio and digital platforms, looking for intel on how usage has shifted and why.
